Return Policy

We are happy to grant customers a return for change of mind, incorrect order or faulty items.
You have 21 days to return your order for a refund or an exchange. 

shipping cost for change of mind returns are customer's responsibility.

Please try on, handle and repackage items with care, for hygiene and safety reasons. Items must be returned back to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags and/or ribbons attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to us. Failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges or refusal.

please note that returned items are not our responsibility until they reach us. Make sure to hold on to your tracking number and be sure items are packed securely so they don't get damaged on the way.

PROCESSING TIME

returns will be processed in 5-7 business days of delivery to us. You'll be sent an email once we receive your return. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be automatically processed as a new order and shipped out to you.
